We would like to take you on a historical journey about the dance styles, their original and popularity.  We will begin in January starting with Waltz.

“The Waltz had humble beginnings in rural Germany & Austria. In the Mid 18th century, peasants began to dance something called in Bohemia, Austria & Bavaria. At the time, the sophisticated upper class was dancing to the minuet at their balls, but the peasants’ dance was more fun and the noblemen would attend the lower class gathering just to enjoy.”

*The January Monday Night Lessons will be Waltz with Roger Howell to benefit the Foundations for the Arts.
